Annotation: This article describes in detail the need to pay special attention to spirituality and education in the creation of New Uzbekistan, and in particular, to strengthen the practical importance of pedagogues on a large scale. Opinions, practical proposals and conclusions are given about the role and importance of spiritual and educational work organized by pedagogues and raising the spirituality of young people in improving the quality and efficiency of the education system.
