Annotation: The article analyzes the current system of payment and incentives for teachers of law schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is known that in recent years the average monthly salary of teachers in the education system has been increasing, various types of bonuses, surcharges, bonuses, incentive payments are being determined. Analytical work was carried out on the issues of remuneration and labor incentives in the legal college of the Andijan region. Special proposals were made to improve the effectiveness of the teachers' remuneration system and suggested ways to improve it.
