Annotation: This article focuses on tourism cooperation in a pandemic. According to him, an assessment was made of the economic and political situation in the country. The economic and political situation in the countries is assessed and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is currently causing great damage to the tourism sector as well as other sectors, is described. The ways of tourism development in the conditions of this emergency are also highlighted. The author offers suggestions and recommendations for improving legislation in the field of tourism
