Annotation: The article explores the system for organizing the budget process, the cost planning of which is carried out in direct connection with the results achieved. Also studied is the problem of result-oriented byudetization in planning the costs of network ministries and local budgets. Recommendations have been made to use result-oriented budgeting in the formation of ministries and local budgets.
