Annotation: The tasks of operational planning optimization methods are considered by a scientific discipline such as schedule theory. This direction appeared in the 50s of the last century. High informatization of society increases the importance of computer technologies in management processes. The use of computer technologies to automate the process of information processing leads to an increase in the efficiency of working with documents, accelerates the rapid exchange of information and increases labor productivity. The relevance of this article is the automation of the process of creating a schedule for higher military educational institutions, which reduces labor costs for planning classes taking into account the norms and requirements.
