Annotation: Education is one of the main aspects of the welfare state, where the theory of generations plays an important role. The phenomenon of intellectual abilities of generations Z and Alpha, born and forming in the conditions of the development of the social state has been researched in this article. The article philosophically analyzes that the characteristics of cognitive abilities, educational models and social interaction of these generations, determined by the digital environment and the active role of the state in providing education and access to information, are extremely relevant and sensitive issues. The influence of social programs and educational policies on the formation of the intellectual potential of generations Z and Alpha is also considered. This article distinctly and with clear evidence highlights the opportunities and challenges facing generations Z and Alpha in the context of socio-economic changes, the prospects for the participation of these generations in the development of the social state and the innovative economy.
