Annotation: The article reveals the essence of the concept of "trademark", also examines theoretical approaches and opinions of scientists in this field. The study analyzes the current state of the trademark protection system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, identifies the main problems faced by copyright holders, and suggests ways to solve them. In addition, a comparative legal analysis was conducted with foreign legislation in the field of trademark protection in order to offer recommendations for improving the trademark protection system in our country based on a comprehensive analysis of problems and best practices of world practices.
