Annotation: This study explores antibiotic-free treatment as an emerging approach in modern medicine, focusing on natural methods for enhancing immunity and restoring microbiome balance. The research analyzes the effectiveness of probiotics, prebiotics, and phytotherapy in preventing and managing infections while minimizing the risks associated with antibiotic overuse and resistance. Empirical and theoretical methods were employed to evaluate the role of natural remedies in strengthening the immune system and accelerating recovery. Findings reveal that antibiotic-free therapy not only improves infection resistance but also supports long-term health stability. This approach aligns with global efforts to combat antibiotic resistance and highlights the need for integrative, sustainable medical strategies.
