ODDIY TOG‘JAMBIL – (THYMUS VULGARIS) O‘SIMLIGIDAN FITOTERAPIYADA FOYDALANISH

Annotation: Phytotherapy is one of the oldest treatment methods in naturopathy. Its origins date back to the Stone Age. Medicinal plants were cultivated in China and India as early as the beginning of the sixth millennium BC. In the 17th century BC, about 700 types of plant substances were recorded in Egypt, including licorice, cumin, flax seeds, and cannabis. Modern phytotherapy began to develop in the 18th century with the discovery of morphine. This article describes the phytotherapeutic properties of thyme and presents recipes for herbal teas, decoctions, and infusions prepared with thyme that are used in the treatment of certain diseases.
