Annotation: Language is a multifunctional and social phenomenon. All existing linguistic functions are manifested in the communicative act [3:112]. In the process of communication, we often evaluate certain actions, events, facts. Valuation is a judgment about values. Value is the positive or negative significance of objects in the surrounding world for a person, class, group, society as a whole, determined not by their properties in themselves, but by their involvement in the sphere of human life, interests and needs, and social relations.
