Annotation: This article presents a detailed analysis of the morphological, biochemical, and physiological characteristics of Inula helenium L. cultivated under Uzbekistan conditions. The study examines the structure of roots, stems, leaves, and flowers, biochemical composition (inulin, protein, lipids), and the percentage of micro- and macroelements. The medicinal and nutritional value of the plant, as well as physiological features depending on climate and soil conditions, are evaluated based on statistical analysis. The importance of the plant's main medicinal components - inulin, essential oils, saponins, and flavonoids - was highlighted. The results of the study indicate that the plant has high biological activity in local conditions.
