Annotation: The effectiveness of initial cleaning of cotton with higher humidity and dirt in warehouses of cotton ginning factories directly depends on the cotton drying process. When the cotton is dried more than the norm, the germination characteristics of the seed and the oil production in the technical seed decrease. The purpose of the work is to control the temperature and humidity in the drying drum in cotton ginning factories through sensors and to create a database. The experiment is carried out at the cotton ginning plant belonging to SAMO LLC, Jalakuduq district, Andijan region. In the experiment, a drying drum is taken as an object of inspection, and a database is created in MS Excel based on the data of the internal temperature of the drying drum and air humidity during the drying process of the first, second and third grade cotton. The internal temperature and humidity in the drying drum are determined by the DHT11 analog and digital sensor connected to the microcontroller. At the same time, the microcontroller communicates with the EHM using a bluetooth or Wi-Fi module and sends data to the MS Excel program. And based on this information, a database is created. As a result of the experiment, it was possible to directly send the information coming from the temperature and humidity sensor installed in the drying drum to the MS Excel program at certain time intervals and save it in the form of a database. Based on the experimental analysis, it can be concluded that in order to properly dry cotton in the drying drum, it is advisable to control the temperature and humidity inside the drum with precise indicators and analyze the data at certain time intervals.
