Annotation: This article analyzes the relationship between theater and visual arts, the role of theater painting in stage decoration, and the visual appearance of the performance. Also, at the exhibition "Theatre and Artist" organized by the National Institute of Painting and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod, information was provided about the analysis of works of art created on the basis of the master-disciple tradition. The main goal of the exhibition is to develop creative cooperation between different areas of art, to study common aspects of theater and visual arts. The article also talks in detail about the works presented at the exhibition and their artistic and aesthetic features.
